Pat & Oscars (1 day)

Total Received: $200
Due to the impressive turnout we brought to the restaurant that day, they gave us 20% of the proceeds, instead of the usual 15%

With both events combined, we made about $1000! Both establishments are highly pleased with our efforts, and are genuinely excited about partnering up with us again. We definitely plan to hold another fundraiser with them next year, and will experiment with a different date. Instead of Thanksgiving weekend, we will schedule it the following weekend to enable more supporters and volunteers to come.

Many thanks to all of our volunteers, guest readers, and supporters for your generous contributions that memorable weekend. We have received many praises from all over for organizing such fun-filled event.

This event not only generated new funds for our programs, but equally important, created a spectacular climate of cooperation among Family Literacy staff, Afterschool program staff, the BGCGG board, GGUSD, and the families we serve.

Hope all of you will join us again next year!
