He was best known for his work with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Garden Grove, Orange County's largest. "He's leaving behind a legacy that can hardly be described," said Connie Margolin, president of the Garden Grove Chamber of Commerce. "At one time or another, every non-profit organization in town called on him for help, and he was always there. He was idolized," she said.
