The 3.8 mile course traverses up and down hills, not in a flat city park or parking lot like other mud runs. Participants may run individually or with all of their family, friends, or co-workers in our “unlimited sized team” entry category. The more the muddier! The event is sponsored by KROQ, Wahoo’s, Neuro Drinks, Bally Total Fitness, Perricone Farms Juice, and Active Rideshop. Challenging and fun obstacles including the foamy human car wash, military style obstacles, plenty of mud pits including the massive 150-foot mud pit, $1,000 prize purse, plenty of showers to clean up after the run, KROQ legends Dramarama and Gene Loves Jezebel in concert on Saturday, Fishbone and Gene Loves Jezebel in concert on Sunday, a variety of food vendors, beer garden, and an action sports/eco fair to check out after the run! Many individual and team runners wear matching costumes to add to the fun. A special collegiate race including various on-campus clubs, fraternities and sororities from Southern California schools will compete in the Collegiate Mud Challenge at noon on Saturday. “Mud runs are the wildest runs you will ever experience in your HOW: Day two on Sunday, April 11, 2010 is still open for registration. The Inspire Kids fundraising form is similar to a jog-a-thon, whereas pledges are made in the form of $2 per kilometer, $5 per kilometer, or a higher flat donation directly to Boys & Girls Clubs Orange County Alliance.
