BGCGG Families Attend Sisters of St. Joseph's Holiday Party

Garden Grove, CA (December 7, 2010) - Boys & Girls Clubs of Garden Grove (BGCGG) joined a Christmas party sponsored by the Sisters of St. Joseph, with special guests such as the Laker girls, the Clipper girls, UFC fighters, a Galaxy soccer player, and of course Santa Claus!

BGCGG families were fortunate to attend this great event that offered a delicious lunch, pictures with Santa, arts and crafts, games, facials and manicures for mothers, and the opportunity for children to “shop” for their mothers and other special women in their lives. Each child received a new pair of shoes, clothes, toys, gift cards, and a choice of an ornament from the tree.

All in all, this party was a memorable and special event for the mothers and their children! Although some of the families could not make it, the staff and volunteers from St. Josephs sent us home with bags of presents and gift cards for those who weren’t there!
